RE/MAX Oceanview Realty offers Comparative Market Analysis (CMA's) of properties as a part of our professional service. The CMA process entails going over the details of properties similar to the subject property that have recently sold and comparing them to the subject property. The resulting analysis will result in an estimate of the subject property's market value. Of course, it takes a  lot of experience and expertise to complete a proper CMA. This means that, when it comes to helping people list and sell their homes, nobody does it better.
