Sandyhook is a lovely community with country settings and inlet ocean views and a beach access and boat ramp within minutes of this property. Build a road up from Sandyhook Road (with D of S/hwys approval) and build as far up the incline as you wish. The higher up would give the better view once the lot is cleared. The neighbouring lot to the north is undeveloped and can be considered a buffer for privacy. Buy now, build later.
