Brian was born and raised on the Sunshine Coast. Like many West Coast men, Brian began his working career in the forest industry. And not just any job - Brian was a Faller. There aren't many men that do well at this extremely demanding and dangerous job, but Brian was one of these elite workers. After many years tackling some of the most difficult terrain on the BC Coast, Brian decided to turn his attention to real estate. This seemed like a natural move. After all, he is a 3rd generation Realtor, following in the footsteps of his father and grandfather before him. 

Brian began his real estate career in 1990 and has enjoyed a great deal of success. He has earned many awards over the years, both from RE/MAX and the Real Estate Board. He is also highly educated and knowledgable in all aspects of the real estate industry. As a matter of fact, Brian is one of only a handful of Realtors on the Coast to hold the extra designation of Associate Broker, in addition to Representative.

Brian has a lifetime of local knowledge about the Sunshine Coast:  He is a specialist in the waterfront market and has a thorough understanding of these unique properties. Known as a tenacious negotiator, Brian is also an extremely hard worker. This actually doesn't come as much of a surprise to those of us who know him and what he did for a living "back in the day". 

When Brian is out of the office he enjoys anything to do with the great outdoors. He's a life-long motocross rider and one of the principal administrators of the local motocross club and track facility. Brian is also an avid and accomplished outdoorsman. He knows the back country and waterways on the Sunshine Coast very well, particularly Sechelt Inlet.
