Carrie Caldwell is a long-time Coast resident. She graduated from Chatelech High School in 1997 and began working in the real estate industry in 2000. Carrie learned the business well, working side-by-side for years with some of the Coast’s top Real Estate professionals. She has a particular expertise working with developers and large projects like Silverstone. 

In 2006 Carrie formed a partnership with Patrick Hobbs. Together, they became one of the highest producing and most respected real estate teams on the Sunshine Coast. Their in-depth knowledge of the different neighbourhoods and ability to work with every sort of client gave them a unique insight into what Coast living is all about. From waterfront homes, to development properties, to retirement condo’s to recreational lots, this team covered all aspects of real estate.
