Tess is another one of our agents who was born and raised on the Sunshine Coast and she is proud of her deep roots here. Tess is a true people person and a well-known member of the community, which gives her an an insider’s advantage to today’s market as her clients' representative.

You can't help but be drawn in by Tess' warm, engaging nature. She is honest, hard-working, and cares about her clients well beyond the transaction, making her the ideal realtor for any stage of your real estate endeavor.

Before becoming a licensed realtor, Tess attended Capilano University and earned a Bachelor of Business with an Advanced Diploma in Accounting. Throughout university, she spent her summers in Haida Gwaii, where she managed the front desk at a luxury fishing lodge and developed a passion for cold water fishing herself. She also worked in Public Audit at a well-respected Vancouver accounting firm. In 2016, Tess and her partner, Terry Gray, decided to make the transition back to the Sunshine Coast to start their family.

A true businesswoman through and through, Tess is also the co-owner of a local children’s clothing boutique. Tess is extremely community-minded and enjoys volunteer work, including with the Sunshine Coast Youth Soccer Association.  

Tess became a licensed realtor in 2018 and joined forces with Craig Moore, a veteran Sunshine Coast realtor, cultivating the partnership known as Moore-Bradshaw Real Estate Team.  Together they have made many real estate dreams come true for their many clients.
