Carrie Caldwell
Carrie Caldwell is a long-time Coast resident. She graduated from Chatelech High School in 1997 and began working in the real estate industry in 2000. Carrie learned the business well, working side-by-side for years with some of the Coast’s top Real Estate professionals. She has a particular experitse working with developers and large projects like Silverstone.
In 2006 Carrie formed a partnership with Patrick Hobbs. Together, they became one of the highest producing and most respected real estate teams on the Sunshine Coast. Their in-depth knowledge of the different neighbourhoods gave them a unique insight into what Coast living is all about.
In 2023 Patrick retired as a licensed Realtor and now assists Carrie in her real estate practice.
